 David McBain-Field Sales Manager
Having graduated from Glasgow Caledonian, University in 2002 and a short spell with Scottish Power. David went on to become area sales manager for Anheuser Busch Europe Ltd for 3 successful years.
In 2005, David joined the R & D Miller sales team as field sales manager, to co-ordinate the supply of branded clothing and promotional goods to international drinks companies and sporting authorities across Scotland and further afield.

Stephen McKenzie-Internal Sales Manager
When arriving from Abbey National in 2007, Sales Specialist Stephen quickly established himself as an important figure in the business as the key contact for internal sales. Whether you require uniforms for your staff or promotional t-shirts for an event, Stephen is the first point of contact to discuss your requirements.
As the Internal Sales Manager, Stephens’s key role within the organization is to provide a service that is reliable and flexible whilst at the same time ensuring that these standards are achieved within a commercially realistic budget.

 Richard Bogie-Design & Print Manager
From the initial design concepts, to the fully finished branded product, Richard oversees all aspects of the design and print process as manager of the department! As a long serving member of the R & D Miller team, Richard joined the company straight from University after graduating in 2003.
Richard’s in depth knowledge of digital print services, array of garment decoration techniques and his insight into new technologies has helped R & D Miller become a market leader for branded products in the UK market place! |

 Helen Banks-Customer Service Manager
Having Joined R & D Miller in 2008 Helen has been a great addition to the team! Coming from a Customer Service background Helen has worked with organizations such as Tennents Caledonian Breweries and Norwich Union.
Providing help and advice to customers, old and new, Helen offers comprehensive support throughout the order process and is readily available to answer any questions you may have regarding stock, lead times & payment |

 Scott McAuslane-Operations Director
Coming from a customer services background in the banking sector, Scott joined the R & D Miller team in 2006.
Starting in a sales role within the company Scott brought with him high levels of professionalism and excellent customer relation skills. Now having worked his way through the company he enjoys the position of Operations director and over sees all aspects of the operational side of the business. |

 Andrew Miller-Managing Director
The driving force behind R&D Miller, Andrew took control of the company in 1995 and has guided the company into a new era of supply and service.
Andrew now specialises in the sourcing, procurement and manufacturing of branded clothing and corporate & promotional gifts for multi-national companies.
Liaising directly with Marketing companies, sporting bodies and international businesses, Andrew’s Key focus is understanding and catering for the needs of individual clients and fulfilling their expectations with the products they require! |
